'Fear' (and soup...)

Hello! Here you've got my painting! I have some details to work out with the drawn version, so that'll come later. The second picture, though, is of my spinach soup that I had for dinner yesterday. I just HAD to show it to you, cause I really think it tasted like heaven!

Spinach soup (one person):

1 potato
A handful of cabbage
3 handfuls of spinach
Some olive oil
Salt, citric pepper and rosemary

Boil it all in 2 deciliters of water (add the spinach at last - it doesn't need as much time) until the vegetables are soft, and mix it with a hand mixer or a mix master. Then add:

2 deciliters milk
1 topped teaspoon of flower
30 g butter
Pepper (I used a mix including chili)
More salt if you need... :P

And some truffle oil in the end ;) Enjoy!

Blue portrait

Hi, folks! This is what we've been doing at school lately - working with color, and creating depth and volume with both light and dark, and with the colors' temperature. Please excuse the quality of this picture - I took it with my cellphone. I was also done with another painting yesterday, so you will get to see it soon!

Some paint and some patterns

My mom has taken my camera, so even though I just drew another...well...drawing, I'm unable to shoot it for now, and it's in A3 size, so it doesn't fit in my scanner either. Therefore, I'll just keep updating you about what I've been doing at school for now :)

On this one, we were told to but our brushes in our mouths and paint one continuous, black line on our paper. Then we took a black pen and filled in the shapes that were created by the main line with as many different patterns and techniques as we could think of. The point with all this was to look at the differences between randomness and control. As you probably see, I've edited this digitally and made it blue ;)
